Gary Alan Peek

Gary Alan Peek, 60, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Spectrum- Lakeland Hospital St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 PM, Monday, January 28, 2019 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd. St. Joseph with Pastor Nick Ramundo officiating. Burial to follow at Spring Run Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. He attended St. Joseph High School. Gary worked at Central Transport for 15 years as a truck driver before retiring. He was very handy and enjoyed working on projects, cooking, and spending time with his dogs. Gary is survived by his daughters, Ashley (Adam) Cornewell of LaOtto, IN, and Amanda (Nick) Ramundo of Goshen, IN; mother Lois Miller of St. Joseph; sisters, Cheryl (Roger) Winford, Beverly Starke, and Cindy Starke all of Largo, FL; nephews, Michael, Scott, Austin and Jacob; niece Hannah and great-nephew Jay. He was preceded in death by his father Gene Peek and step-father Ken Miller.
