Larry Wismer

Larry A. Wismer, 70, of St. Joseph passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Larry was born on May 5, 1948, in St. Joseph to the late Cecil and Therese Wismer. He graduated from St. Joseph High School, class of 1966. After graduating Larry began working for the City of St. Joseph. He became a fireman with the city and retired after thirty years of service. Larry also worked at Chemical Bank and was a volunteer police officer for Eau Claire. He enjoyed camping, laying in the sun and going on cruises. Most of all he loved spending time with his camping family in Florida and Michigan. He is survived by his significant other of 35 years, Cindy Mitchell; children, Tina Wismer and Tom Wismer; sister, Marilyn (Jerry) Higgins-Davis and brother, John (Collette Poole-Wismer) Wismer.
