Antoinette Josephine Ives

Antoinette “Toni” Josephine Ives, 86, of Benton Harbor passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Toni was born December 29, 1930 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Frank & Josephine (Affrunti) Viscuso. She married Ronald Ives on October 11, 1958. Toni graduated from Coloma High School and was employed by Whirlpool, Sears and then Heath Company in St. Joseph until her retirement. Toni lived her life according to her Catholic faith and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Toni’s greatest joys in life were her husband, children and grandchildren and she will be greatly missed. Toni is survived by her husband of 58 years; children Gregory (Brenda) Ives of St. Joseph and Diane Ives of St. Joseph; grandchildren Leigh Ann Ives of Fenton, MI, Dana Ives and Andrea “Andi” Ives of St. Joseph; siblings Rose “Ro” (George) Hauch of Coloma, Salvatore “Sal” (Claudette) Viscuso of Indianapolis, IN, Henry “Hank” (Viola “Vi”) Viscuso of Coloma and beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Josephine Viscuso and grandson Daniel Ives. Private family services will be held. Toni will be laid to rest at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Memorial contributions may be made to Lake Michigan Catholic Schools where her children and grandchildren graduated.
