Paul Henry Styburski

Paul H. Styburski, 67, of Benton Harbor, MI passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, January 27, 2017 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 1650 N. Bainbridge Ctr. Rd, Watervliet with Pastor Danielle Veenstra officiating. Friends may visit from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd. St. Joseph. Paul was born March 25, 1949 in Benton Harbor to Melvin & Camilla (Tucker) Styburski. He was a graduate of St. Joseph High School in 1967. He went on to attend Western to further his education. Paul worked for Pooch Welding Supply for over 30 years and retired from now AirGas 3 years ago this March. On June 4 , 1994 he wed Lola Fordham in Muskegon. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching football, especially the Washington RedSkins and hosting his annual super bowl party. Paul was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ and loved spending time with his friends and family. He was loving, personable and outgoing and will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 22 years Lola; mother Camilla Styburski of Coloma; siblings Lloyd (Christine) Styburski of Watervliet, Kim (Lori) Styburski of Dowagiac and Ellen (Kenneth) Woods of Coloma; aunt Donna Bender of Stevensville; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and his fur babies Tobey and Willow. Paul was preceded in death by his father Melvin in 2010, brothers Doran Styburski and Brian Styburski and his beloved cat Siam.
