Leslie Joseph Hebner

Leslie Joseph Hebner, 80, of Benton Harbor, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016 at his home. Private family services are to be held. Leslie was born February 26, 1936 to Herbert and Nina (Killin) Hebner in Benton Harbor. He married the love of his life Diana Hendrix on October 19, 1968 in Coloma. Leslie was a hard worker as a general contractor for many years. He had many interests and was a jokester, he loved to build model cars, trains and airplanes, Leslie enjoyed racing both cars and motorcycles, he loved to be outdoors particularly when hunting and fishing. Leslie is survived by his loving wife Diana; children, Sally Ann (Christopher) Sweeter, Leslie (Tosha) Hebner II, and Sarah (Dallas) Taylor; grandchildren Joshua Hebner, Nate Mckie, Zoey Hebner, Christopher Sikkema, Margaret Windfield, and Chico Margiotta; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Leslie is preceded in death by his parents; siblings M.D. Hebner and Annette Hebner; and nieces and nephews Andy, Paul, Raymond and Evelyn Cassidy and Lynette Tarantino.
