Joseph Ernest Pflaumer

Joseph E. Pflaumer, 71, of St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Hanson Hospice Center in St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date at the First Church of God, 2627 Niles Ave, St. Joseph, with Reverend Bob Confer officiating. Joseph was born July 9, 1945 in Chicago, IL to Joseph & Helen (Devonintch) Pflaumer. He graduated from Hartford High School in 1963. On November 10, 1972 he married Catherine Grieger at Trinity Lutheran Church. Joseph worked for many years as a building superintendent in Kansas City and was known as a great handyman. Joseph loved interacting on the computer and had a very large following on Twitter. Joseph is survived by his wife, Catherine and a sister, Francis Welty of Jackson, MI. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents.
