Robert Willis

Robert “Bob” Willis, 94, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 7, 2016 at Oakridge Baptist Church, 766 Oakridge Dr., St. Joseph with Pastor Scott Reeves officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Bluff Cemetery in Stevensville. Friends may visit from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M., Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Service, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Memorials may be made to Hospice at Home or Oakridge Baptist Church. He graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1940. Robert served his country in the United States Army from 1942 until 1946. On October 26, 1946 he married Eleanor Stubalt in Benton Harbor, MI. Bob retired from Clark Equipment Company after 271/2 years.  Robert is survived by his wife Eleanor Willis of St. Joseph; daughter Linda (Daniel) Ferguson of Stevensville; son Jeff (Sherry) Willis of Jensen Beach, FL; three grandchildren Matthew Ferguson, Rachel (Jason) Frank and Blair Willis; four great grandchildren Jezelle, Celeste, Delaine and Neveen Frank. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and brother Richard Willis.
