Norma's Obituary

Norma Fausak Cupp, 90, formerly of Stevensville, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Railside Assisted Living Center in Byron Center, Michigan where she resided for the last several years. Private services will be held with burial to follow at Lincoln Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Stevensville. Those wishing to sign Norma’s Memory Book online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com.  Norma was born on August 22, 1925 in Jersey City, NJ to William & Lydia (Fehler) Buggeln. She married Ewald “Fuzzy” Fausak in Jersey City, NJ on January 27, 1946.  Norma served as bookkeeper for Fuzzy’s Service Station in Stevensville for many years.  After Fuzzy’s death, Norma married Myron “Bud”  Cupp on September 10, 1993 in Stevensville.  She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Stevensville.  Norma enjoyed flower gardening, ceramics, crafts, cooking, and especially the time spent with her family. Norma is survived by her daughter Janice Ogonowski of Byron Center; step-children-Pamela Bender of Stevensville and her family, James (Louise) Cupp of Novi, MI  and their family; three grandchildren-Amy (David) Clark of Byron Center, Brett Walker of Coloma & Gretchen (Anthony) Pantaleo of Freemont, MI; six great-grandchildren-Grace, Elliana, & Adam Clark, Dylan & Bailey Walker & Natalie Pantaleo; her sister Gertrude Kleeman of Camerallo, CA and several nieces & nephews. Norma was preceded in death by her daughter Linda Walker on December 29, 1982,  her first husband Ewald “Fuzzy” Fausak on December 5, 1991, her second husband Myron “Bud” Cupp on September 14, 2008, and her brother and his wife-William & Lorna Buggeln.
