On May 12, 1984 in St. Joseph, MI she married Harold Schewe. Kimberly Schewe went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 5, 2016, leaving this earth peacefully after a 15 year battle with breast cancer. Kimberly was loved by many and loved everyone she met. Even in the good and bad days she would never complain. She was an amazing wife to Harold for 31 wonderful years, a true testament to what marriage is all about and made everyone believe in true love. Her proudest moments were when she was with her children, grandchildren, dog and grand dogs. She was their biggest fan and always there with endless support, love and encouragement. Kimberly asked that everyone laugh, smile, dance and wear pink to her funeral and visitation, she wants nothing but a celebration for she has been healed by Jesus’ stripes and is finally pain free in heaven. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Berrien County Cancer Society or the family (Harold Schewe) for medical and funeral expenses.  Kimberly is survived by her husband Harold Schewe of Stevensville; children – Harold (Angela) Schewe, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Zachary (Kate) Schewe of Stevensville, MI and Dr. Jessica (Derek) Prusa of Wyoming, MI; grandchildren – Emma, Olivia, Jameson, Molly and Daxton; mother – Joan Toye of Palmetto, FL; brothers – Jeff Catania of Pensacola, FL, Steve (Judy) Catania of Orlando, FL and Scott (Michele) Catania of Lake Milton, OH; father-in-law Walter Schewe; brother-in-law David Schewe; sister-in-law Lisa Hackbarth; and a special aunt Helen Schlitter.
