Tamra Renee Urbanovich

Tamra Renee (Schadt) Urbanovich, 55, of Stevensville, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at West Woods of Bridgman. A private family service has been held. Tamra was born in St. Joseph, MI on July 15, 1960 to Douglas & Yvonne (Tosi) Schadt. She graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1978.  Tamra kept a busy schedule caring for her home and three young children.  She returned to school while living in Virginia to receive her Associate’s degree in nursing. Tamra was a school nurse for several years and most recently a nurse in a hospital.  She enjoyed showing her artistic side by drawing and playing the piano. Tamra loved animals of all kinds from feeding the wildlife, owning and riding horses to raising birds in her home. She ran three Marine Corp marathons in honor of her children. Tamra is survived by her children, Paul R. Holman of Virginia Beach VA, Aaron (Sara) Holman of Thayer, MO and Amy (Michael) Rhodes of Fredericksburg, VA;  granddaughter Kristine Holman;  mother Yvonne Wallsten of Stevensville, MI; siblings, Betsy Schadt, Gregory Schadt, Eric (Jennifer) Schadt, Michael (Sandy) Schadt, Aaron (Sarah) Schadt and Rick Wallsten Jr; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Douglas Schadt and stepfather Richard “Dick” Wallsten.
