Grayson Elliot Thompson, 18 month old son of Brock Thompson & Jamie Griffin, passed away, Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 12 at the First Church of God, 2627 Niles Ave., St. Joseph with Rev. Bill Shepard officiating. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Friends may visit with the family from 9:30 until 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Church. Grayson was born May 6, 2014 in St. Joseph. He was a happy, fun loving little boy who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. It’s not good-bye but see you around, as Grayson lives on in the four children who are recipients of the organs Grayson donated.
Grayson is survived by his parents; his siblings-Johnathan & Hunter VanErman, Autumn Thompson, Amithyst VanErman, Shanna Thompson, his twin brother Brayson Thompson; grandparents-Jim & Deb Griffin of Lawrence, MI, Debi & Wayne Sly-Gabriel of Collinsville, OK, Raymond Ferrier of Dowagiac; great-grandparents-Ruth Brink of Lawrence, Helen Head of Dowagiac, Clyde & Judy Thompson of Watervliet; and numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother Gabriel Parker Thompson on December 27, 2012 and his great-grandfather Paul Brink in May of 2014.
