Sherrie Ann Mattner

Sherrie Ann Mattner, age 63 of Spring City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday June 20, 2015 at Memorial Northpark in Chattanooga.  She was born February 4, 1952 in Mississippi County, AR to the late James and Wanda Lee (Lunsford) Raney.  She was also preceded in death by her sister Shirley Y. Raney. A resident of Spring City since 2008, she spent many years in Eau Claire, MI, where she operated green houses and she loved working with her flowers.  Sherrie also enjoyed traveling with her husband, golfing, dancing and fishing.  Sherrie was always cheerful, full of life, and loved caring for her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Kevin R. Mattner of Spring City, five daughters, Rebecca Mack of Thousand Oaks, CA Lisa (Mario) Raucci of Coloma, MI, Kellie (Greg) Pugh of Hagerstown, MD, Autumn (Matt Holmes) Mattner of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Melanie (Marc) Rettig of Gurnee, IL, one son Pete (Nancy) Mattner of Eau Claire, MI one sister Sandra K. Cook of Cordova, TN, seven grandchildren Zachery Olson, Steven Mack, Brianna Pugh, Kayleigh Pugh, Logan Raucci, Colt Mattner and Luke Rettig. A Celebration of Life Service  will be held 3:00 P.M. Thursday, July 2 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph.  Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M.
