Rhonda K. Burke, 54, of Benton Harbor, passed away, Monday, January 12, 2015 at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI, surrounded by her family. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 A.M. Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Chaplin Fred Woodward officiating.  Friends may visit with the family from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the funeral home. Rhonda was born November 28, 1960 in Benton Harbor to Earl Cooper & Deanna (Pelkey) McTheeney.  On June 5, 1983 she married Michael Burke.  Her primary occupation was being a home maker to her husband and four children, she also worked as a waitress, bartender, and cook Rhonda prided herself with being the best hamburger cook in Benton Harbor. She was a devoted Cubs fan. Rhonda is survived by her husband Michael Burke of Benton Harbor; her children Aaron Burke of Hesperia, CA, Emily Burke of White Lake, MI,  Adam Burke of Benton Harbor, and Rachel Oliver of Wixom, MI; her mother Deanna McTheeney; her brothers Gary Cooper of West Bloomfield, MI, Mark Cooper, William Cooper and Kenneth Cooper all of Benton Harbor; her five grandchildren Paul, Tyler, Mya, Carter and Ariana. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Cooper.
