Diana Lynn Brockway

Diana Lynn Brockway, 52, of St. Joseph, MI passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00 P.M., Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd. St. Joseph, with Brian Sliter officiating. Friends may visit with the family two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lakeland Regional Medical Center Oncology Department. She was a graduate of Lakeshore High School in 1979. Diana was primarily a homemaker taking great pride in caring for her family. In addition she was employed at Heath Co. and Wollins Co. assembling computers. Diana was a talented artist. She had a green thumb and loved working in her garden. She also enjoyed listening to rock music and jamming out with her kids. Diana was a loving daughter, wife and mother who cared deeply about the ones around her; she will be dearly missed. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Ray Brockway; son Matt Brockway of Baroda; daughter Katie (Anthony) Metz of Hartford; grandchildren, Raven & Rylee Metz and Serenity Brockway; parents, Harold & Linda Taube; several nieces; and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her sister Kris Taube on October 4, 2005.
