Henry Klupp, 94, of Stevensville, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at West Woods of Bridgman.
A Celebration of Life Eternal will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 4, 2014 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Pastors Jonathan Kruschel & Brett Ehlke officiating. Friends may visit from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M., Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will take place at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Henry was born October 14, 1919 in Pembina, North Dakota, to Joseph & Julia (Frank) Klupp. He served his country in the United States Army from 1942 until 1946 during WWII. On May 10, 1947 Henry married Martha Ferry in South Bend, IN. Henry worked for Whirlpool Corporation for over 35 years as a machinist. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and the American Legion Post 568 in Stevensville.
Henry is survived by his wife, Martha Klupp of Stevensville; son, Joseph Klupp of Stevensville; daughter, Linda (Mark) Dmytro of Kalamazoo; grandchildren, Christopher and Michael; sister, Irene Kuball of Benton Harbor; and brother, Ernest (Marcella) Rhodes of Stevensville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and daughter-in-law, Carol Klupp.
