Mary Wesner

Mary “Dude” Wesner, 88, of St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at The Willows in St. Joseph with her loving family by her side.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 23, 2014 at Crystal Spring Church of God, 1465 Pipestone Rd., Benton Harbor with Pastors Fred & John Davey officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in St. Joseph. Friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday at the church. Memorial may be made to Crystal Springs Church of God or Hospice at Home. On June 9, 1958 she married Edwin Wesner in Benton Harbor.  Mary was a homemaker who kept a busy schedule caring for her family. She also worked part time for Clem & Bobbies Dry Cleaners and VM Corporation. Mary was a loving person to everyone she met. She also enjoyed shopping and making sure things were well kept. Mary is survived by her children Mickey (Linda) Reynolds, Sheila (Ralph) Price, Doug Wesner and one stepson Rick (Debbie) Malich; 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and sister Dorothy (Fred) Davey. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edwin Wesner, son Terry Woodruff, 6 brothers, and her late husband’s James Reynolds and Charles Woodruff.
