Bonita Camille Riche

Bonita C. Riche, 79, of South Bend, IN passed away Monday, March 3, 2014 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her family. Arrangements entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services 556-9450. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Bonita was born September 21, 1934 in Kelso WA to Arthur & Hazel (Maddox) Henderson. She was a graduate of Kelso High School. Bonita enjoyed reading, traveling and a friendly debate over politics. She was a kind woman who loved her family, was strong in her faith, and always willing to serve and give of herself.  Bonita was a gift and our hearts are truly broken. She is survived by her children Candy Harris of Eau Claire, Becky (Dr. Mark) Cantieri of Mishawaka, James Riche Jr. of South Bend, and Dawn Riche of Davenport, IA; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; and brother Arthur Henderson Jr. of Kelso, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents, son William Riche in 1994, sister Violet and son-in-law Russ.
