Robert William Lowmaster

Robert William Lowmaster, 37, of Stevensville, passed away, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Christ Lutheran Church, 4333 Cleveland Ave., Stevensville. Memorial donations may be made to the Church. William & Sharon (Schmidt) Lowmaster, Jr. He graduated from River Valley High School in 1994. Robert was employed at Whirlpool Corp., Benton Harbor in computer technology for 15 years, and for the last 4 ½ years with IBM Corp. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, and in his free time enjoyed photography and collecting antique tobacco pipes and antique books. Robert was always in search of the hottest hot sauces. He had yet to find one he couldn’t palate. Robert is survived by his mother Sharon Lowmaster of St. Joseph; his brother Josh Lowmaster of Indianapolis, IN; and his sister Vicki (Lance) Rausch of Stevensville. He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. William J. Lowmaster, Jr. in 2010.
