Mark D. Bugno

Mark D. Bugno, 49, of Stevensville, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at his home, with his wife and son at his side. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Stevensville United Methodist Church, 5506 Ridge Road, Stevensville, Michigan. Friends may visit with the family Friday, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Starks & Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph. Mark was born on July 10, 1963 in Canton, Ohio to Kenneth & Carolyn (Linerode) Bugno. He graduated from Louisville High School in 1981 and Akron University in 1986. On November 16, 1996, he married Karen Clevenger in St. Joseph. Mark was employed with Gentex Corporation in Zeeland, Michigan since 1996 as a Senior Electronics Research Engineer. He also worked at Zenith Corporation in St. Joseph and started his career at Goodyear Aerospace in Ohio. He was a member of MENSA, and was an active volunteer with Boy Scout Troop #603 at Stevensville United Methodist Church. He enjoyed everything about electronics and cars. Mark is survived by his wife Karen; two sons Nicholas Arend and Adam Bugno, both of Stevensville; his mother Carolyn of Louisville, Ohio; his father Kenneth of Alliance, Ohio; two brothers Scott Bugno of Uniontown, Ohio and Sean Bugno of Louisville, Ohio; his mother-in-law Sally Clevenger of Rodney, Michigan; and two brothers-in-law John Clevenger of Ellsworth, Michigan and Bruce Clevenger of Berrien Springs, Michigan.
