Krystle's Obituary

Krystle Marie Klintworth Buchan, 27, of Stevensville went to meet her Lord, Friday, May 3, 2013 at her home. A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, May 13, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, May 12, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Memorials may be made to Krystle’s son, Robert Thomas Buchan in care of Thomas Klintworth. Krystle was born on December 21, 1985 in South Bend, Indiana. Krystle expressed her love for animals by working at Freeway Vet Clinic from Age 14. On June 3, 2004, Krystle graduated from Lakeshore High School in Stevensville, Michigan. In July of 2004, following graduation, Krystle Klintworth and Ryan Buchan were united in marriage. In December 2010 Krystle was blessed with the birth of her son, Robert Thomas Buchan. When Robert was 9 months of age, Krystle became a valuable employee at Wal-Mart in Benton Harbor, Michigan. At that time, Krystle met and fell in love with her soul mate, Richard Pepple. Krystle loved being outdoors -camping, gardening and enjoying a day at the beach. She also enjoyed cooking – cleaning up not so much. She had a stubborn streak (Skoda side). She was a very intelligent and beautiful woman. She was funny and had a huge heart for anyone. She was a wonderful mother, loved children and was a very loyal friend to many. Krystle also had a creative side to her that was expressed in many different ways. Krystle is survived by her son, Robert Thomas Buchan of Stevensville; her parents Mr. & Mrs. Thomas (Debra Skoda) Klintworth of Stevensville; her brother, Jacob Thomas Klintworth of Stevensville; and her grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Michael (Gerrie) Klintworth of Lake Wales, Florida. Krystle is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Robert (Betty) Skoda of St. Joseph, Michigan; her great uncle Bill Skoda of Benton Harbor; and her beloved Rayne.
