Emma's Obituary

Emma Noelle Martindale, of Stevensville, passed away April 16, 2013, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 20, 2013, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 555 Delaware, Benton Harbor, with Father William Jacobs, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at a later date. Visitation will be held 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Friday at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services, St. Joseph. Memorials may be made to Louis Raymond Martindale Scholarship Fund. Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com. Emma was born December 25, 2012, in Niles, MI. to Mitchell & Jolyn (Ott) Martindale. Although she was only 3 months old Emma touched many lives. She was a little chatterbox who was very social and had her own special personality. Emma was a little angel who had a smile that would melt your heart. She is survived by her parents; Louis R. Martindale, aka “Big Brother”; grandparents, Bill and Judi Ott of Coloma, Bill and Mary Martindale of St. Joseph; great-grandparents, Robert and Dawn Tupper of Roscommon, MI. and Lorraine Ott of Stevensville; uncles Robert (Kim) Ott of Manhattan, KS, W. Ryan (Sigrid) Ott of Benton Harbor, William (Tonya) Martindale of St. Joseph; and cousins, Landon, Cameron, Carson, Corinne and W. Brady.
