Cynthia E. Ikola

Cynthia E. Ikola, 72, of St. Joseph, MI, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013 at her home. Cynthia was born August 23, 1940 to Franklin & Dorothy (Heintz) Fulton in Lawrence, MI . She was a graduate of Hartford High School. On February 27, 1971 she married William Ikola in Bridgman, MI. Cynthia was a nail technician for 20 plus years, owning and operating Images Salon in Stevensville from 1986 until 2002. She enjoyed shopping with her sister, reading, kayaking and walks on the beach as well as the numerous family trips with her family up to Traverse City, MI. Cynthia is survived by her husband William, sons Joseph (Jan) Krugler of Coloma, and Michael (Tracy) Ikola of Stevensville, grandchildren Calina, Joseph, Jacob, and Sara, great- grandchildren Karisma, Angelee, Kyler and sister Dorothy Stenske of Baroda. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Walter “Bob” Fulton, Harold “Jack” Fulton and Franklin”Bud” Fulton. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan.
