Anthony F. Moscardelli

Anthony Moscardelli, 65, of St. Joseph, MI passed away, Monday, December 10, 2012 at his home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 14, 2012 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Fr. William Jacobs Jr., officiating. Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Anthony was born May 7, 1947 in Benton Harbor, MI to Frank and Frances (Bartalone) Moscardelli. He graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1966. He served his country in the United States Navy from 1965-1971. On July 20, 1968, Anthony married Judy Crouse in Benton Harbor. Anthony was a well known flooring contractor in the Southwest Michigan area for many years, including installing the tile at St. Joseph Catholic Church. He was a member of the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor Elk’s club. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Anthony is survived by his loving wife Judy; son, Anthony (Carolyn Bassetti) Moscardelli II of St. Joseph; daughter, Beth Fleming of St. Louis; mother, Frances Moscardelli of California; grandchildren Grace, Emma, Joseph and Nicholas; brother Frank (Marlene) Moscardelli; and sister Sheri (Benik) Motevosian. Anthony was preceded in death by his father Frank Moscardelli.
