Betty's Obituary
Betty Jo Greulich, 84, of Benton Harbor, went to meet her Lord & Savior, Friday, November 16, 2012, at her home.
Private services will be held for family at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Rev. Richard Sing officiating. A public memorial service will be announced at a later date. Betty was born September 1, 1928 in Tuckerman, Ark., to Luther & Inez (Johnson) Whitlock. On December 25, 1947 she married Adolph “Red” Greulich in Tuckerman, Ark. Betty was a devoted and loving wife and mother to her family. She was one of fifteen children in her family. Betty enjoyed quilting and beading, and will be remembered for her homemade banana nut bread. She was an adoring grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Betty is survived by her two children, Vicky Sanders, of Benton Harbor, Mich., Chuck (Linda) Greulich, of Coloma, Mich., her sister, Julia Robinson, of Lowell, Ind., her brother, Larkin Whitlock, of Lowell, Ind., five grandchildren, Paula, Lisa, Joshua, Ty, and Koren, and six great grandchildren, Austin, Ryan, Shelby, Dakota, Alyssa, and Nathan. She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law Paul Sanders, and husband, Red on November 26, 1977.
