Linda Ott

Linda Ott, 66, of Benton Harbor, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Lakeland Hospital in St Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 404 E. Glenlord Rd., St. Joseph with Pastor Noah Headrick officiating. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens of Coloma. Friends may visit from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday, November 12, 2012 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Linda was born August 9, 1946 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Ted & Dora (Johnson) Green. In 1963 Linda married Marvin Ott Sr., in Bridgman, MI. Linda was a full time homemaker who kept a busy schedule caring for her family. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping, bingo, rummaging, going to breakfast and spending time with her grandchildren. Linda is survived by her son Marvin (Theresa) Ott Jr. of Benton Harbor; two grandsons Cody and Brandon Ott of Watervliet; sister Merle Pollock of Benton Harbor; brother David Green of Arkansas; and loving nieces Tammy Faircloth and Diana Peschke. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Marvin Ott Sr., son Craig Ott, sister Dora Sue Martin and brother Billy Green.
