Jeanine A. Godush

Jeanine A. Godush, 78, of Stevensville, MI, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 at her home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 10:00 am at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd. St. Joseph, MI with Rev. Christopher Noffke officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Starks & Menchinger Chapel. Memorials can be made to Hospice at Home or to the Salvation Army. On June 7, 1958, she married John G. Godush in St. Joseph, Michigan. She and her husband enjoyed their numerous travels together. Jeanine’s favorite activities were gardening and cooking, but her very favorite activities were baking cookies for her grandchildren and attending their sporting events. She dearly loved her family and many friends. Jeanine is survived by her husband John; son John M. (Jacquie) Godush of Stevensville, MI; daughter Amy (Scott) Robertson of Ada, MI; 5 grandchildren John Godush, Alexis Godush, Angela Godush, Joseph Robertson, and Jacob Robertson. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother James Myers.
