Chris was the beloved son of Ron & Mary (Ressie) Patzer. He was born June 30, 1990 in Laramie, Wyoming. Chris lived for the first three years of his life in Evanston, Wyoming, and moved with his family to St. Joseph in 1993. A life long member of Trinity Lutheran Church, he graduated from Trinity Lutheran School. Upon graduation he attended Lakeshore High School and graduated in 2008. While in high school, he participated in varsity football, wrestling, and had a special love for the marching band. He was also active in musical theater where he reprised the role of “Big Jule” in the production of “Guys and Dolls”. He was also the M.C. of the annual variety show, and was selected by his peers to present the commencement address at his 2008 graduation ceremony. More importantly, he is remembered by his peers, staff, coaches, and family for his wonderful smile, great hugs, and genuine concern for others. He was a genuinely loving young man who went out of his way to be of service to others. He truly loved spending time with his family, being outdoors, and especially fishing with his “grandpa Chick”. He was currently employed and thoroughly enjoyed his work as a spa technician at Sensational Spas in Stevensville. He is genuinely loved and will be missed by his many friends and family. Chris is survived by his parents Ron & Mary of Stevensville; grandmother Doreen Ressie of Lewiston MN; aunts and uncles Don (Debra) Patzer, Garry (Sue) Patzer, Larry Patzer (Fiancé Teresa Kelm), Charlotte Mueller, Roger (Jolene) Ressie, Don (Heide) Ressie and many cousins.
