Judith Elaine Brown

Judith Elaine Brown, 74, of St. Joseph went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Wednesday, August 8th, 2012 at her home, surrounded by her family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday at 2pm , at Aletheia Church, 2505 Faith Dr., Anderson IN, with Reverend Gary McCaslin officiating. Judith was born September 19, 1937 in Anderson, IN to Bob & Eleanor (Fulwider) Sharp. On July 14, 1957 she married David Brown in Anderson, IN. She was a homemaker and in her spare time she enjoyed serving others, spending time with her grandchildren, and volunteering as chaplin for the Madison County (IN) Jail. Judith is survived by her children, Laura (Jeffrey) Childes of Greer, S.C. and David (Amy) Brown of St. Joseph; brother Mark Sharp of Flora, IN and sister Christine Nottingham of Anderson, IN; 12 grandchildren: Kristen (Brad) Hartman, Mariel (Trevor) Harding, Benjamin Childes, Jonathan Childes, Emily Childes, Daniel Childes, Davis Brown, Anna Brown, Evan Brown, Ivan Brown, Grace Brown, and Ella Brown; niece Julie Sharp; nephew Corey Sharp. She was preceded in death by her Husband David Wayne Brown and her parents.
