Caroline Reinhardt

Caroline Reinhardt, 96, formerly of Stevensville, passed away, Friday, May 18, 2012 at Sunset Shores Assisted Living in Benton Harbor. Graveside services celebrating her life will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday at Lincoln Township Cemetery, Stevensville. A Lifetime Memory Open House will be held at a future date at her daughter’s home, for family, friends & caregivers. Caroline was born April 30, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois to John & Josephine (Dalu) Dominici. On September 9, 1943, she married Victor Reinhardt in Chicago. Caroline enjoyed music, playing the piano, crocheting & dancing. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Caroline is survived by her daughter Carol (Dennis) Haney of Benton Harbor; five grandchildren-Kelly (Jim) Goodwin of Oregon, Erica (Wayne) Augustyniak of St. Joseph, Ben Holt of Scotts, MI, Peter Holt of Mattawan, David Holt of St. Joseph; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers-John (Helen) Dominici of Chicago & Robert (Emily) Dominici of LaMirada, CA; and numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Victor in March 1976, her daughter Jo-Ann Holt in May 1999, and two brothers-Jerome & Anthony Dominici..
