Phyllis Gundlock

Phyllis Gundlock, 76, of Coloma, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at her home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph with Pastor Brian Hall officiating. Cremation will follow the service and a private burial will be held at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens in Niles, MI. Friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Phyllis was born September 15, 1935 in Benton Harbor, MI. She graduated from Berrien Springs High School in 1953. Phyllis worked for the Point O’ Woods Golf and Country Club as a Ladies Lounge Attendant. The highlight of her work day was taking care of the golf ladies. In her spare time she enjoyed watching her favorite television comedy shows and reading. She always looked after her family and will be deeply missed. Phyllis is survived by her son Brian (Jill) Gundlock of Niles, MI; daughter Michelle (Rex) Ross of Watervliet, MI; four grandchildren Jack & Wesley Gundlock and Autumn & Aftin Ross; great granddaughter Hannah McDonald; Phyllis was preceded in death by her former husband John Gundlock;
