Elsie Rosenthal, 95, of St. Joseph, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Royalton Manor, St. Joseph.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2012 at Crystal Springs Church of God in Benton Harbor, with Pastor Fred Davey officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Bridgman, MI. A time of visitation will occur one hour prior to the services at church. Memorials may be made to Crystal Springs Church of God. Elsie was born in Benton Harbor, MI, on June 4, 1916 to Rudolph and Pauline (Rock) Rosenthal. Elsie was a former employee of the V-M Company in Benton Harbor and an active member of the Crystal Springs Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her church.
Elsie is survived by a sister, Dorothy Hanes of St. Joseph and several nieces and nephews.
Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Alma Hardy, Helen Moody, and Rudolph Rosenthal.
