Peggy's Obituary
Peggy Ann Cox, 74, of Bridgman passed away Monday, April 02, 2012 at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph.
There will be no public visitation or service. The family will gather privately for services at a later date. Memorials may be made to Hospice at Home. Those wishing to share a memory of Peggy may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com.
Peggy was born in Benton Harbor on June 14, 1937 to Clarence Floyd and Rethel Beatrice (Hess) Layman. She enjoyed making crafts, going camping, and loved spending time with family. Life for Peggy was a party, she enjoyed having fun.
Peggy is survived by two daughters, Ranee L. (Bruce) Hoover and Rhonda K. Closson both of Stevensville, grandchildren, Adam, Daniel, & Ryan Closson, Jennifer & Matthew Martin, Tara & Caitlin Hoover, and best friend, Pauline “Hillbilly” Gardner.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Donald & Gerald Layman.
