Kenneth W. Sprague, 74, of Stevensville, MI, passed away Friday, March 2, 2012, at his home. A time of visitation, celebrating Kenneth’s life, will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at the Starks and Menchinger Chapel. Additional services will be held at the Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home and Cemetery, in Seattle, Washington. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice at Home. Those wishing to sign the memory book online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com. Kenneth was born on August 28, 1937 in Seattle, Washington to Kenneth T. and Clara (Wilson) Sprague. On May 20, 1990, in Roselle, Illinois, he married Daneise C. (Dellahan) Sprague. Kenneth retired in 1999 as a terminal manager with the Soo Line Railroad. He was a member of the St. Joseph Masonic Lodge #437. Kenneth enjoyed fishing earlier in life and traveling with his wife. Kenneth is survived by his wife Daneise, children, Donald Sprague of Stanwood, Washington, David (Val) Sprague of Arlington, Washington, Douglas (Michelle) Sprague of Tonasket, WA, step-children, William (Fran Cella) Briska, Luann (Bill Lalagos) Briska, Carrie Rush, Carolyn Jarosz, twelve grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Todd Sprague.
