Linda L. Boelcke

Linda L. Boelcke, 66, of Stevensville, died unexpectedly Saturday January 14, 2012, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph. Friends may call from 6:00- 8:00 PM Tuesday at Starks & Menchinger Chapel; 2650 Niles Road , St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home, with Father William Jacobs, Jr. officiating; with burial to follow at Hickory Bluff Cemetery in Lincoln Twp. Linda was born on January 21, 1945, to Clarence & Alice (Pagel) Culver in Benton Harbor Michigan. She married Larry Boelcke on August 6, 1966 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Benton Harbor. She retired from AEP and worked most recently part-time for Dr. Rademacher in St. Joseph. Linda enjoyed playing cards, going to the Casino, vacationing at Lake Charlevoix and spending time with her family. She also loved taking care of her four-legged grandchildren Roxy & Harley. Survived by her husband Larry of Stevensville; a daughter Michele (Joseph) Miller of Baroda; two sons Russ Boelcke of Baroda, Matthew Boelcke of Benton Harbor; three grandchildren Jenna, Justin and Jacob; a great granddaughter Ayden; a sister Shirley (Robert) Morlock of Watervliet; and a sister in-law Pat Culver of Coloma. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bob Culver.
