Nehemiah “Fat Boy” Rogers, 1 month, of Benton Harbor passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 7, 2011 at The Ark of The Covenant Church 848 Buss Ave. Benton Harbor, with Rev. Roy C. Askew officiating. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 7, 2011 at the church. Memorials may be made out to Dashell Hyde. Nehemiah was born on August 25, 2011 in St. Joseph to DeCorey Rogers and Dashell Hyde. Nehemiah is survived by his father DeCorey Rogers of Benton Harbor; mother Dashell Hyde of Benton Harbor; sisters Da’Shay Thompson, Amira Lee, Kamiya Rogers, Aniyha Rogers, Chevea Rogers, brothers Demon Thompson, and DeCorey Rogers Jr.; grandmothers Charlean Hyde of Benton Harbor, Andrea Sanders of Benton Harbor, grandfathers Irby Osby Jr. of Benton Harbor and Eugene Wynn of Benton Harbor; great grandmother Josephine Sanders of Benton Harbor, and great grand father J.C. Taylor of Benton Harbor.
