Linda's Obituary
Linda M. Morrison, 59, of Benton Harbor, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday June 15, 2011 at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph with Pastor Dan Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Watervliet. Friends may visit from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Morrison Family. Linda was born May 5, 1952 in St. Joseph, MI, to Zeno & Loretta (Beyer) Terlisner. She graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1970, then attended Davenport University and Siena Heights where she received her Masters and Bachelor's degree. On May 29, 1982 she married Ronald George Morrison Sr., in St. Joseph. She worked for Zenith Corporation for 26 years. Linda was a great mother and loved giving everyone a hard time. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and cross stitch.
Linda is survived by her son Ron (Fiancée Lily Jackson) Morrison of St. Joseph, MI; daughter Heather (Daniel) Baker of Benton Harbor, MI; step grandson Brandan Baker.
Brothers Eugene (Carol) Terlisner of Grand Rapids, MI and Melvin (Martha) Terlisner of Venice, FL; sisters Evelyn (Anthony) Mazzola of Metamora, MI, Ruth Ann (Randall) Enos of St. Joseph, MI, Susan (Terry) Burrows of St. Joseph, MI, Diane (Joe) Janusz of Ann Arbor, MI, Janet (Bob) Bliss of Dorr, MI, and Bernice (Robert) Cannon of Saline, MI.
Brother-in-law Chuck Rhodes of Niles, MI; sister-in-laws Janice and Nancy Terlisner of Benton harbor, MI and a multitude of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Close friend like a daughter Debra Beard and her son William Beard.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband Ronald on December 19, 1994; parents Zeno and Loretta Terlisner; brothers Robert in 2004 and Donald in 1994; and sister Mary Ann Rhodes in 2005.
