Betty's Obituary
Betty J. Anderson, 76, of Benton Harbor died at Lakeland Regional Medical Center on Friday April 22, 2011.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 PM Monday, April 25, 2011, at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home; 2650 Niles Road; officiated by Rev. Bob Confer. Friends may come to visit from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to First Church of God , St. Joseph. Betty was born in Comstock, MI on June 28, 1934 to Wayne & Jessie (Rowlee) Blodgett. She enjoyed being with her family, friends, working on puzzles and enjoyed watching Cubs. She will be remembered by all those who knew her as a kind and caring person who was always willing to help others.
She is survived by her son Rick (Janice) Anderson of Benton Harbor, MI; a grandson Ryan Anderson; brother Ed Blodgett of Portage, MI.; sister Margaret Current of St. Joseph, MI; special friends Jim Williamson and David Piner of Benton Harbor, MI.
