Marilyn Tonette Norris

Marilyn Tonette Norris, 76, of Stevensville, formerly of Frankfort, MI, died Saturday, December 11, 2010 at her daughter's home in Stevensville, MI. Marilyn's daughter Martha, will be having a visitation for friends and family on Thursday, December 16th, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph. A memorial gathering at Faith Sanders home, 2153 W. John Beers Road, Stevensville, MI, will be held on Sunday, December 19th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. for family and friends. In the spring, there will be a Memorial Service in Frankfort, MI. Marilyn was born on June 10, 1934 in Frankfort, MI to Peter and Eda (Thompson) Rokstad. She married her high school sweetheart, Richard “Dick” Norris on September 1, 1956 in Frankfort, MI. Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Faith (Rick) Sanders of Stevensville and Martha Norris of St. Joseph. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Jon (Claire) Budai of Clearmont, FL, and Dan, Lexi and Jackson Sanders of Stevensville, MI and a great grandson, Tristan. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Richard and parents, Peter and Eda. The family has requested that all memorial contributions be made to Lakeland Home Care or Berrien County Cancer Service.
