Dorothy G. Curtis

Dorothy G. Curtis went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 17th, 2010. Dorothy was born in South Haven, MI to Ambrose and Rosalia Konrath on September 14th, 1924. She was a graduate of Covert High School and served her country as a U.S. Marine from 1944 to 1946, during that time she met and married Harold Curtis and together they raised six children. She is survived by her husband Harold Curtis and children, Lynne Haak, Barbara Bettig, Cathy (Jim) Gregory, Tim Curtis and Randy Curtis a special daughter-in-law Linda Curtis, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sisters' Rose Gordon, Marge Greiffendorf. She was preceded in death by son Gary, sisters Elizabeth Harty, Josephine Kahler, Irene Peckstein, Jean Herbach, Ann Konrath brothers Michael, Ambrose, and Joseph Konrath. A Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 25, 2010 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 211 Church St., St. Joseph with Fr. James Morris officiating. A rosary and visitation with the family will be held at 9:30 A.M. Saturday at the church.
