Agnes's Obituary

Stevensville, MI. – Agnes O. Goodline, 90, of Stevensville, MI., recently went to be with her Lord and Savior. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2010 at Starks and Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI. The visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on the same day. The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Aggie was born on December 2, 1919 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Albert and Lydia (Rolfe) Lentz. She enjoyed working many years for the Berrien County Intermediate School District as a bus driver and she loved to crochet. Agnes is survived by her husband, Eddie of Niles, daughter, Shirley (John) Gilman of Bridgman, son, Edward Johnny Goodline of Stevensville. Grandchildren, Pamela (Steve) Schmaltz, Julie (Dave) Essig and great grandchildren, Adam and Samantha Schmaltz. Sisters, Lydia (Henry) Zacha, Irene Cerecky of Benton Harbor, Hattie (Siegmund) Spitzke of Gulfport, MS, and sister-in-law, Wanita Lentz of Baroda. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Erlene Shuler, two brothers, Harvey Lentz and John Harter, brother-in-law, Stanley Cerecky, and sister-in-law, Ellen Harter, & Brother-in-law Wade Shuler.
