Tammy A. Milliken 56, of Benton Harbor, passed away January 13, 2010 at the University of Michigan Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 1650 N. Bainbridge Ctr. Rd., in Watervliet with Pastor Miryam Hammond. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in St. Joseph. Friends may visit from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 18, 2010 at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Tammy was born March 2, 1953 in St. Joseph, MI to Arlee & Sophie (Kempf) Dansfield. Tammy graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1971. On May 22, 1981 she married Carl Milliken in St. Joseph. Tammy worked as a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with family. She also worked for Cato for the last few years in Benton Harbor. In her spare time she loved going out to dinner with her husband, shopping with her daughter, watching her granddaughter, gardening, humming birds, making jewelry, and loved to collect angels. Tammy is survived by her husband Carl Milliken of Benton Harbor; daughter Tiffani (Nick) Wigent of Coloma; granddaughter Sophie Wigent of Coloma; brother Dale (Kim) Dansfield of Benton Harbor. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Debbie Brooks, and two brothers Dean and Arlee Dansfield.
