Karen Lynn Randolph

Karen Lynn Randolph (Goldner), 66 of Stevensville, passed away December 6, 2009 at her home. Karen was surrounded by her loving family when she joined her Father, Raymond Goldner, in eternal life. Karen was born August 10, 1943 in Benton Harbor to Raymond and Sophie (Zajac) Goldner. She was a St. Johns Catholic High School graduate in 1961 and attended Lake Michigan College. Karen married the love of her life on August 31, 1973 at St. Bernard Catholic Church. She will be remembered as a sweet, genuine, kind, loving bright star by her devoted husband of 37 years, David Randolph. Karen loved and was extremely devoted to her family and friends. This angel had a kind heart and truly cared for so many. Karen always had a beautiful smile, a sparkle in her eye, and enjoyed bringing happiness to others. Loving all people foremost; she also loved the beach, sunsets, tennis, fine arts, fashion, community involvement and traveling. She was a loyal and dedicated employee of Whirlpool Corporation for 33 years, retiring in 1997. Karen is survived by: Mother Sophie Goldner, sister Judith (Robert) Cronk, sister Janet Carlson, sister-in-law Janice Randolph and brother-in-law John (Dana) Randolph, nieces and nephews Laura (Mark) Datthyn, Courtney (Stephen) Pyatte, Ashley Randolph, Andrew Randolph, Erik Carlson, Blake Carlson and Aron (Kristen) Carlson, great nieces and nephews; Adelyn Pyatte, Jacob Pyatte, Russell Carlson and Sloan Carlson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 11, 2009 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 555 Delaware in Benton Harbor with Fr. William J. Jacobs, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph.
