Esther Radtke Stevensville, MI – Esther D. Radtke, 87 of Stevensville, MI, took her Lord's hand on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, MI. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2009 at Starks & Menchinger Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd. – St. Joseph, MI. Burial will follow at Ruggles Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Esther was born to Jacob and Alta (Scott) Kugle on August 19, 1922 in Baroda, MI, where she grew up and graduated from Baroda High School. She later married Edwin Radtke on June 26, 1948. She is survived by her husband, Edwin of Stevensville, MI and two sons, Kenneth (Gale) Radtke of Baroda, MI and Kevin Radtke of Stevensville, MI. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Kaleb, Aaron, Sarah and Kaitlin. Esther was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Alta and her brother, Marion Kugle.
