Betty's Obituary
Betty’s life began on March 9, 1932 in Shawnee, OK, the daughter of Albert and Savana (Ratliff) Scott. She was a past member of the Dowagiac Eagles and Moose Lodges, and the Dowagiac VFW post.
Her loving family includes her children; Diana (Richard) Servis of Dowagiac, MI, Dennis (Sue Winchester) Everett of Dowagiac, MI, and Steve (Susan) Everett of Hastings, MI; three grandchildren, Tiffany (Neal) Houseman of Hudsonville, MI, Lezlie (Seeraj Rooplal) Cattanach of Sunrise, FL, and Richard (Jennifer Cheatham) Servis Jr. of Buchanan, MI; great grandchildren, Brehana and Logan Houseman, Jessica and Sara Chattanach, Eyma Rooplal, and Ragan Servis; one sister, Maudie Sheneman of Mishawaka, IN.
Betty passed away at The Timbers of Cass County, Dowagiac, MI, on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. She was preceded in death by parents; three sisters, Ibur Clark, Manila Noecker and Velma Rule and two brothers, Roy and Wesley Scott.
