Jeffrey John Anselmino

Jeff Anselmino, 50, of St. Joseph was born to eternal life on November 7, 2005 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 11, 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 211 Church Street, St. Joseph with Fr. Christian Johnston officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Bluff Cemetery, Stevensville. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, November 10, from 6-9 PM. Liturgical Prayers will be said at 8:00 PM followed by time for family and friends to share memories at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph. Jeff was born January 29, 1955, in Joliet, IL to Philip and Catherine Anselmino. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Master’s Degree in Thermodynamics and began his career with Whirlpool Corp. On October 1, 1983 he married his wife, Mary who considers him the greatest gift of her life. Jeff was a loving husband and wonderful father who deeply valued time with his family. He will continue to be present in spirit to his family and friends. Jeff is survived by his wife, Mary; two children, Philip and Amy; mother, Catherine; one brother, Jim Anselmino; three sisters, Betty (Tom) Cowfer, Mary (Rick) Maland, and Dottie Anselmino; as well as a nephew, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Philip.
