Doris's Obituary
Doris Kubschizcke, 80, of Branch, Michigan, formerly of St. Joseph, passed away Monday, October 10, 2005 at Spectrum Hospital in Reed City, Michigan. A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will follow at Lincoln Township Cemetery, Stevensville. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Blossomland United Way. Those wishing to share a memory or sign the guest book online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com Mrs. Kubschizcke was born April 28, 1925 in Stevensville to August & Amy (Adison) Albright. On July 6, 1953, she married LeRoy Kubschizcke in Stevensville. After the death of her husband, she moved to Branch, Michigan in 1988, where she was an active member of AM-VETS. Doris is survived by her daughter Kathleen (Thomas) Rice of Coloma; her son Kent Kubschizcke of Benton Harbor; four grandchildren-Amy Rice, Tina Rice, Tommy Rice, Matt Hemming; and her brother Rinnert (Dana) Albright of Sturgis. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband LeRoy on May 16, 1987, her sister Stella Ott, and her brother August Albright,Jr.
