Patricia's Obituary
Patricia Carrie (Talbott) Rodewald, 79, received her gift of eternal life and everlasting peace on the morning of May 28th, following a courageous nine year battle with Alzheimer?s. But today there is no longer any confusion as she clearly sees all things resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Formerly of Stevensville, Michigan, Mrs. Rodewald resided her last 4-1/2 years at Holland Homes Fulton Manor in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She lived there with her husband Nowell ?Bud? Rodewald. There she received loving and devoted care from Fulton Manor?s wonderful staff.
Born October 18, 1925, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, she resided with her parents Albert and Addie (Baughman) Talbott, brother Maurice Talbott, and sister Marjory VanAuken. A loving wife of almost 60 years to her husband ?Bud?, a devoted and dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law to Deborah (Craig) Charles of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Gregory (Kathy) Rodewald of Kentwood, Michigan, Jeffrey (Jackie) Rodewald of Pompano Beach, Florida, Valerie (Robin) Vincek of Kentwood, Michigan, and Lisa (Dallas) Ambrose of Watervliet, Michigan. She was also the very PROUD grandmother to Jordan, Jennifer, Emily, Megan, Zachary, Tyler, Brittany, Benjamin, Heather, Aaron, Allyson, and Mariah.
