Barry Frederick Crowder

Barry Frederick Crowder, 58, of Benton Harbor, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2005 at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life service will be held tomorrow, August 4, 2005, at 10:00 A.M. at the Kerley-Starks and Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph with Rev. Fred Davey officiating. Friends may visit with the family beginning at 9:30 at the funeral home. Burial will be at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Memorials may be made to the family. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. He was the father to four children. Barry is survived by his wife, Carolyn of 19 years; four children, Rachel (Bruce) Harmon of Zeeland, Rene (Brian) Wogoman from Arkansas, Barry Crowder, Jr. (Jennifer) of Zeeland, and Tiffany Crowder of Benton Harbor; 11 grand children; 1 great-grandchild; his sister, Diana Blair of Hartford; his brother, Keith (Kathy) Crowder of Coloma; and his best friend, John Jeske. He was preceded in death by his parents.
