Ruth's Obituary
Ruth’s life began on June 25, 1926 in LaGrange, IN, the daughter of Wilbur and Carrie (Weible) Wallace. She was united in marriage to Evan Wallace on October 24, 1948 in Howe, IN. Evan and Ruth owned and operated Curtis TV Sales and Service in Dowagiac from 1952 until they retired in 1974. Ruth was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 263. She is survived by a niece Barbara (Jim) Mesko of Cassopolis, nephew Charles (Kathy) Curtis of Dowagiac, and two sister in laws Donna Ferrara of New Jersey, and Willa Wallace of Sturgis. Ruth passed away at her home on Saturday April 13, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband Evan and brothers George, Eugene and John Wallace. Private services are being planned.
