Betty R. Klemm

Betty R. Klemm, 74, of St. Joseph, passed away Monday, June 13, 2005 at home. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday at St. Peter?s Church, 623 Church St., St. Joseph with Dr. Randy Doyle officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Peter?s Church, The Rev. Mrs. Klemm was born February 7, 1931 in Benton Harbor. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1948. On April 7, 1951, she married Allen Klemm at St. Peter?s Church in St. Joseph. Betty was a waitress & hostess at Tosi?s, retiring in 1987 after 25 years. She was a member of St. Peter?s Church and a former choir member. Betty was a member of TOPS, and enjoyed tending to her flower garden. Betty is survived by her husband Allen; her daughter Karen (Ken) Morgan of Sodus; her son Edward Klemm of Fenton, MI; her grandson Stanley Modelewski, V of Kalamazoo; and her brother Gordon (Mary) Dill of St. Joseph. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her twin sons-John Klemm in 1985 and James Klemm in 1986.
